A lady called me on the phone and walked me through downloading the healow app mins before my appointment began. I got to the part where it said waiting for provider and no one ever showed up. I called the number back and this time a man answered and said to close out of the app and reopen it. When I did that it said "Sorry you appointment has been moved or rescheduled" then the representative said we would have to reschedule. I feel like I wasted an hour trying to see the doctor and never was seen. Very frustrating! I do not recommend Zocdoc. This is the 2nd time where there was a no show and having to wait days for an appointment.
