More about Dr. Jill Moore, MD
Dr. Moore attended medical school at the University of Iowa, and completed her internship in Iowa as well. In June, 2014 she completed her three year residency in Dermatology at Oregon Health and Science University.
Many of our patients may remember Dr. Moore from her two year fellowship with our practice from 2009 to 2011, prior to her dermatology residency at OHSU. She assisted Dr. Rich with dermatologic patient care for many of our patients, as well as shadowed her and gained hands-on experience with nail diseases and nail surgery. While here, she served as a sub-investigator for many of the clinical trials in our research center.
Dr. Moore is an avid violinist, enjoys hiking in the northwest, and spending time with friends and family.

Excellent Doctor and staff. She listened and followed up with all my concerns but was highly efficient and direct. Felt very thorough and was also quick. Perfect! They also gave samples and recommendations to make sure that I had as much information as possible.

I was hoping that because her office is into clinical research, she would have been able to tell me about things I hadn't already heard re: dark spots left by wounds. Instead, my own web research from respected sites brought up more than she seemed to be aware of. I prefer a more curious and interactive bedside manner. Also, I told her that I preferred natural treatments and she still recommended OTC drug-based creams.

Appointment went well! Dr. Moore answered all of my questions, did full exam of all of the moles on my body. She was friendly and professional I felt very comfortable talking with her about my skin issues. The staff were also very friendly. If you are looking for a dermatologist I recommend Dr. Moore!

I really liked Dr. Moore and felt her diagnosis and recommendations were spot-on. She was focused, listened carefully, communicated clearly, and addressed my questions one by one. She also kindly gave me plenty of samples so that I could begin treatment right away w/o having to worry about rushing to a pharmacy. The office was calm, clean, and pleasant. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience and I will go back. I was told the extremely long weight time was unusual, but I would suggest anyone scheduling an appointment here try to get one early in the a.m. if they want to avoid a long wait.
