One of the best experiences I’ve had at a PCP’s office. Everyone was kind and took their time without feeling rushed. My issues were addressed and the plan of care was discussed with me. I found them by chance on zocdoc as they were the only ones with next day appointments available. But I’m glad it happened that way, because they were awesome.

The provider was amazing! Listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I was well educated and empowered to give input for my care. The staff were nice and helpful! I got in and out in good time. Plus they validate parking! I’m so glad to have found my primary care team!

They advertise as a psychiatric practice. Made my appointment for end of the week on a Monday, confirmed the appointment 2 times via text and email, both zocdoc and their office. Thursday end of day I get a call from a receptionist with no knowledge saying the wrong appointment time and that I was mistaken about the scope of their practice. Something about a glitch in zocdoc... nevermind the doctor shows specialization in psychiatric practice with hundreds of reviews. And she argued about the appointment time even though I have written proof. 0/10 professionalism, I needed that appointment and was tossed aside due to lack of training or laziness. If it's a glitch disable your zocdoc abilities until fixed, it's not working anyways. I wish I could rate this experience lower

Beware!!! My appointment was great dr was great BUT the phone number to the office on Zocdoc is wrong the number is 682-610-7900 you need it for directions once at the building but it’s worth it. one the best dr offices Iv ever been too making them my primary

Unfortunately I was never seen by this PA.
I arrived to the office location 45 minutes early for document intake (first appointment); paid the copay amount and took my seat. The appointment time came and went. I waited 45 minutes past the appointed time (90 minutes in all), had been assured earlier that I would be called back (“any moment”)…but I left after an additional 8 minutes…telling the desk that it was not a relationship worth the sacrifice.
In the intake process…They ask via app if you are “committed to your own health care, will follow recommendations”, etc.
Apparently they only participate in patient care virtually. Self-care.
UT health system can maintain a schedule…their oncology departments run like clockwork; guess I should have never looked for anyplace else for treatment of the more general issues life presents.
Only if your needs are to be disregarded, or if your time is not valuable to you…see this practice in Fort Worth.
If you need treatment…keep looking
