Sarah was fine, however the office was unprofessional. I showed up a few minutes before 9am, which was my appointment time, and no one was there. I received a text a few minutes after 9 to tell me the staff were running late. The front desk guy was pleasant, and apologized, but gave excuses like the weather and how far his commute was… which is unprofessional. Just take responsibility for your lack of timeliness. when Dr. Sarah walked in, she walked right past me with no acknowledgement, I just felt strange in there. Once she saw me, I was in and out pretty quickly. Lastly, maybe I don’t go to the doctor very much so I just don’t know what to expect… but I FEEL like when I’m told “insurance covers everything” that means EVERYTHING. I don’t know why it’s not transparent that there’s a copay. If I expected it, I’d be fine. It’s just frustrating, I wish they wouldn’t try to hide that.

This was my first visit to the clinic. The doctor was nice and polite however, she didn’t seem very experienced in communicating with a hearing impaired patient. The consultation felt rushed (around 10–15 minutes), and I was hoping for further tests to be carried out. I also wasn’t given any paperwork when I left.

Everything was great except when I was prescribed medication, I was informed by the pharmacy that this doctor is not licensed to prescribe medication in the state of Texas, which then I tried to give a follow up call and could not get a hold of the office.

I appreciated my entire experience at Revive, and with Dr. Vestal. The office is nice and very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Vestal was also friendly, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
