Dr. Lodescar is great. She actively listens to the patient & works with the patient to find solutions. She is personable & very kind & understanding & is a good doctor. My only complaint with this office is that when you phone, you're often on hold for many minutes (probably because they're busy, but it's irritating to listen to their recorded messages).

I have found a lifelong physician in Dr. Lodescar. When I first met her three years ago, she took the time to sit down to acquaint herself with my lifestyle, background, family and overall health. She took it all in and to this day remembers it all. With this information, I believe she's able to better treat me and make recommendations that will enhance my overall health. She genuinely cares about her patients and never rushes through exams.

Dr. Lodestar is a wonderful doctor. She is highly intelligent & has a great personality; she listens, responds appropriately, will not administer drugs if they're not warranted. For example, on losing weight, she recommends diet rather than a drug-based intervention. I really am so happy that she is my doctor, after having a couple of pretty marginal people who didn't seem to have a particle of common sense (this was in Arlington, VA). I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Lodescar is the best doctor I have ever had. I have a tiny fear of going to doctors especially as a black woman because oftentimes doctors don't listen to our concerns. Dr. Lodescar created an atmosphere where I felt safe and we talked and she did a lot of listening. And she gave me great resources. When my blood work results came back she gave me even more recommendations and told me what the importance of the values. She's thorough and kind. Her staff match her bedside manner and are wonderful people. I have already recommended her to 3 friends. Two have went ( POC and non POC) and said the same thing. Highly recommended
