Staff was rude and I waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor. Dr. was polite, but I waited over an hour to be spend less than 6 minutes with the Dr.

Everyone that attended me was great. My appt was with Dr. Lo but i was not seen by her. I was told she did review my EKG results though. Not sure if she was too busy to see me.

I thought the doctor was great. There seemed to be some miss communication, with her and the staff. The staff was just tired and it was the end of the day but all the comments on there tiredness was unnecessary. I really wanted to like this place, the office is nice, the doctor is nice, parking was easy but the staff is basically what ruined it for me. Complaints about me being a new patient with new paperwork, How tired they were half of my exam was in the back administrative office. I would like to say that it was just a busy day for them and would maybe go back or just find another more organized practice.
