I would not recommend seeing Dr. Clor for anything related to women's health. I can not speak to her in any other area, but I would avoid her for these things. I saw Dr. Clor for a routine virtual visit regarding renewing my prescription. Dr. Clor refused to refill my oral contraceptive prescription due to my age, and did not engage in conversation with me about options, did not educate me, and quite simply refused to refill by prescription. I logged off feeling extremely violated and angry. The office has since rectified this, but I would NOT recommend that you trust Dr. Clor with anything regarding your feminine health.

I never saw the overseeing MD I saw the PA Nathan Jent which was fine until we got into what the visit was for and what I needed I explained my prior PCP can no longer treat myself or other patients for issues similar to mine and meds similar to mine I was told flat out I’m dependent on my pain meds that I’ve been on 15+ years for psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis along with my anxiety meds terrible
Bedside manner being called an addict I was evaluated this year by a psychiatrist + confirmed my diagnosis they sent a month of 1 med I was out of + 30 tabs of my anxiety meds which I get 90 + was told they don’t prescribe that in that quantity and would need to see a psychiatrist refused to send in my pain meds told me I need a rheumatologist or pain management in which I explained I have an appointment with a rheumatologist I told Nathan I would be out of my meds by the 18th my appt is for the 30th they don’t handle the conditions they say don’t go here

Doctor was great, however the office is tricky to get too and there is no validated parking so that is another expense. While they are connected to advocate medical group they are like a third party through them so the site wasn’t accepted by my insurance

I felt rushed through my visit. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry and didn't take time to listen thoroughly to my symptoms. Furthermore, she treated me with skepticism when I described to her what I was experiencing, and I felt that I had to convince her I was actually in pain. Then rushed me through a very invasive and painful examination, in which if she had taken more time, I believe she would have agreed with my assessment of my own symptoms. She could have taken the time to explain the examination beforehand and made more of an effort to help me feel at ease, especially as a new patient, and taken more time in general to be thorough and make sure I was doing okay physically and emotionally during, or as okay as I could be. But after she left me to dress, I sobbed.
To call her a "care" provider is generous. I will be canceling my follow-up and will not be coming back to this provider.

Dr. Mona Clor is amazing as is her staff! My intake nurse was Matt and he was very kind and friendly. I love how convenient the office is to get to and there was virtually no wait time on a Tuesday at Noon.

The doctor I book the appointment with did not see me, but I was charged for a doctor's visit. I paid for a doctor and got a PA and nurses. I'm not disparaging the nurses and PA I saw, they were great. 10/10 for them. But they don't have an MD which is what I booked and what I was billed for. I don't know if I'll be coming back.

Dr. Clor was super warm and professional and made my annual physical quick and pain free(pun- intended!). Additionally, she explained everything thoroughly before hand and even reminded me about upcoming medication refills, which would've slipped my mind otherwise.
