I am deeply passionate about holistic medicine that prioritizes preventive health. With an intensive background in caring for critically ill patients and extensive experience in family practice across all populations, I integrate my clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Combining my knowledge in medicine with evidence-based practices, I strive to empower my patients to take control of their health by collaborating with them to address root causes of illness and achieve optimal wellness.
As a primary care provider, I am committed to delivering comprehensive care that addresses both the physical and behavioral health needs of my patients. By taking a holistic approach, I ensure that each individual's mental, emotional, and physical well-being are integrated into their care plan. This allows me to provide personalized, compassionate care that supports overall health and long-term wellness.
I find balance in life through my creative hobbies, including painting and practicing mindfulness with pottery, which allow me to relax and express myself. I also enjoy staying active with outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, which help me connect with nature and maintain my physical health.
