Very satisfied. I always feel better after seeing Dr. Cooperman. He is great. His staff is very professional and polite and caring. Dr. Chris La Fontano, is also excellent. These Doctor's are the best.

Dr. Cooperman is an excellent doctor. I call him an "MRI machine' because he can diagnose body problem without X-Ray,MRI,CAT scan, etc. He is friendly and reassuring. I have referred many people to him over the many years I have seen him.

Joel Cooperman DO. is Board-Certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and has been practicing in the Denver area for 36 years. Dr. Cooperman’s practice includes aspects of sports medicine, nonsurgical orthopedics and physical medicine specializing in soft tissue injuries to the musculoskeletal system. This includes sports injuries and traumatic injuries, such as falls and car accidents to chronic conditions, such as arthritis. Dr. Cooperman uses manual hands on techniques to diagnose and treat these conditions and utilizes medications, injections and physical therapy as is appropriate.
Dr. Cooperman’s goal is to counsel his patients as to what they can do to help the associated factors affecting their condition and partner with them to achieve their optimum health and function. He is one of several hundred Board-Certified Manipulative Medicine Specialists in the country, is a past president of the Colorado society of Osteopathic Medicine and was a member of the Board of Trustees of the American osteopathic Association for 17 years.
Dr. Cooperman has been involved in competitive athletics most of his adult life, is an avid skier and races cars in a variety of sanctioned road races. Additionally, he is a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, was a traveling ring doctor with the ultimate fighting championship (UFC )for five years in the 1990s and still serves as a ringside physician for amateur fights in the Denver area.
