The compassion I received from the receptionist when calling for a day-of appt due to an illness was refreshing. I was ready to make my case, while feeling unwell, but there was no need to do so. All I needed to do is comfortably wait at home until my appt time.

Staff was friendly I had only a few minutes wait to see the medical doctor,and was able to have ordered x-easy in same building and with minimal wait time as well. Overall was a good experience. The AMITA office is spacious and welcoming. There are multiple seating areas, so you aren't close to anyone (a big plus in COVID life) and even tables to sit at to fill out paperwork, a first for me! The reception staff is friendly and helpful, and the wait time wasn't long.
Dr. Evans is friendly and thoughtful, he listened to my concerns, and didn't push any treatments that I wasn't comfortable with. He was easy to talk to, and made sure that I would be able to get to referral appointments easily. I felt like I was not only getting the appropriate medical advice, but that he considered my preferences and lifestyle when he gave it.

Doctor was very nice, staff and office was insanely rude. I believe I have a broken wrist, they took x-rays, and ran some labs, and told me that the doctor “is very busy” and that he will send me a letter. I’ve literally never been treated like that anywhere, and have certainly not been sent out the door with a potential broken bone and absolutely nothing besides a script for Tramadol. Will not be coming back.
