About Jennifer Vazquez

Jennifer Vazquez is a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Masters in Nursing and Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Nursing, both from Resurrection University. Jennifer’s residency training for her Masters degree focused on Adult Health. In addition to her work as an APN, Jennifer has many years of Nursing experience at Resurrection hospital working in many different specialities including orthopedics, ICU and Same Day surgery. Jennifer is married and has two boys, and an adorable toy poodle. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family and friends, travel, enjoy all the great Chicago concerts and festivals…and most importantly Jennifer loves to shop! Please note, this appointment requires a pre-payment of $50 in the event of a No-Show/ Cancellation after 24hrs. There is no charge for re-scheduling or cancellation within 24hrs.
