The office is new and convenient to my home. The office help was very nice as was the DR. the problem is scheduling time. Although the DR met with me and took all the time needed to find out more about me the wait time in the exam room before the DR came in was 60+ minutes. My appointment was at 2:30PM. I was instructed electronically to arrive 15 minutes early for whatever which i did. I left the office at 5:10PM, almost 3 hours!

Dr Fitzgerald takes time to listen to my concerns and answers everything so that I completely understand. I ALWAYS see him not his assistant or np. Which is very important to me. I want to speak to the person who actually worked on me not someone who reads the dr notes and relays them to me bc the Dr. is “busy”

I had been seeing Dr. Fitzgerald when he worked for another provider. After I found out where he was working, I was quick to make an appointment. He is very good at what he does. Explains everything in a simple understandable way. He seems to care about me and that is why I continue to let him care for me. He has a caring and compassionate personality.
