Dhanan Etwaru, MD is a board-certified urologist with over twenty years of experience. He is the Chairman of Urology at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dr. Etwaru received his Medical Doctorate in 1986 from SUNY Stony Brook, School of Medicine. After graduating from Stony Brook, he completed a medical residency at NYU Winthrop Hospital and a urology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. In addition to urology, he is board-certified in internal medicine. Prior to joining NY Health, Dr. Etwaru was affiliated with ProHEALTH and Integrated Medical Professionals.

2+ hour wait to see the doctor for maybe two minutes. If I hadn't flagged down a nurse, I'd probably still be there. Many patients left before they were seen or before they were finished because the wait time was so long. Doctor and staff wore their masks under their noses. Doctor referred to the women who worked the desks as "my girls out front." Yuck.
