The good part: Dr. Giddens is a very good MD, professional, caring, and personable. The not-so-good-part: The office was not aware that I had used ZocDoc to fill out the new-patient paperwork. Accordingly, I was asked to fill it out again, which put me in a confrontational situation when I refused to do it. At the end I ended up having to fill out manually a piece of my medical history and to sign a bunch of forms. This increased the time of my visit, which was precisely what I tried to avoid when I fill out the paperwork ahead of my visit. All in all, my experience with Dr. Giddens outweighs any inconvenience.

First time meeting with him, I give him time to get to know me more. Since I'm hard of hearing he do pretty well.

He was professional, easy to talk to, and gave detailed instructions on how I could recover from my illness.
Well actually it was not with Dr. Giddens it was with his P.A.C VERONICA CABALLERO and she was just awesome

Very bad customer service.asked to see how long after one hour receptionist said she didn't know anything sit please!!! REALLY!
Verified patient
The doctor was great; very knowledgeable and informative, with a great bedside manner. He also gave me a list of OBGYNs. My only complaint is how much time I was waiting, even though I was early for my 8:20 appointment. I got there at 8, waited in the waiting room until 8:40. Then I sat in the exam room until almost 9. This was not good, since I was supposed to be at work by 9, which is thankfully nearby. Be advised that his office is actually an Urgent Care Clinic (I didn't know this), and maybe that is why they could not adhere to appointment time.

Dr. Giddens is highly knowledgeable and knew how to treat my condition efficiently. He is nice and welcoming. I just wish I had more time to ask other questions regarding my health.
Very sharp very smart doctor, took him about 20 seconds to figure it out. Problem was the wait, which i had scheduled an appointment for 1;15 but the desk clerk couldn't care less. I had to refill all my paperwork even after i had filed it the night before, I think zocdoc needs a lot of work, it really was a useless exercise.
Experienced professional physician, caring staff.
1.5 hour wait, but nice doctor.
Verified patient
Highly recommended!
Very professional and caring. He really listens to your concerns and will go the extra mile to ensure that his patients needs are met. I highly recommend him and I wish that other doctors would have his caring bedside manners.
Verified patient
Amazing professional!!
Verified patient
It was nice, he listened carefully and answered all my questions. Got the feeling he actually cared a bit about me getting better. The only bad thing was there was absolutely nothing on the walls in the examination room (or whatever its called) for me to read when I was waiting for the doctor. Put some posters up!
I am new to this area, and I felt comfortable with Dr Gidden. He was very thorough and respectful to me and to my daughter. He explained everything and gave me good advice.
Verified patient
Very Precise and effective diagnosis.
He is a good doctor didn't really do much I set in the room waiting on him for a long time and I had an appointment. The secretary's in the front are rude.
Was straight forward and to the point and willing to work with me not having insurance. Really affordable for someone who is working without insurance!
