I didn’t get to see this specific doctor because he specified in hips (my visit was for a shoulder) but they had someone who does shoulders available that day and I was able to see them with little to no wait. That’s very rare and I appreciate the versatility of this office 1000%

Great bedside manner! My husband is an EM doctor and calls in him often so my husband referred me to him for my hip pain. While in the office he wanted an x-ray which delayed my appointment but once I got into the exam room, things moved along and he listened to me. He gave me Cortisone shot to relive the inflammation and he also suggested that I take anti-inflammatories which I've already been doing. He also gave me some stretches to do but I've already been doing them because I had googled them for my condition (bursitis). Hopefully the Cortisone injection will hold me over a few months!

He. Was very nice but I was in a lot of pain and didn't give me anything to take for my pain and didn't tell me what to do to make my pain better. Also didn't set me up to get anything to put on my knee like a knee brace or even off to put me out of work to rest my leg.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Hardcastle, but was informed that he didn't specialize in my area, so the staff got me in to see Dr. Hawkins who treated my shoulder problem. Very friendly staff and the Doctor was very friendly and efficient. I had a very nice experience!
