Dr McMahan is great! He listened to all my ailments and finally diagnosed me with something I’ve been suffering from for 2 years, that other doctors have been ignoring.

Just had my initial consultation with Dr. McMahan. I wish this office would utilize the online info and medical history stored on ZocDoc. I waited 30 min to be seen, which was annoying because I specifically scheduled this to be duringmy lunch break. However, once I was seen, Dr. McMahan was thorough in his explanation of next steps, and was not quick to diagnose or treat. The tests he ordered were done in-house, and it was easy to make a follow-up appointment. I look forward to my next visit!

great doctor for sinus issues, as there is a CT scan and phlebotomist in office. seems like the doctor knew exactly what to do and was quick in assessing a course of action. i am extremely relieved to have finally havebeen given a diagnoses after years of going to primary care doctors with no success. the front desk makes mistakes but the doctor is worth it.

I like him a lot, but he is eccentric, seems to forget previous conversations, can sometimes bark information at his patients, is very casual in his style; all that said and done, I think he is a serious doctor and thoughtful in his approach.

He is no Dr Clemmis. Why did he have to retire! He was engaging and funny and NEVER hurt! Dr McMahan hurt my ears when cleaning them to the point that I flinched and said OW. I miss Dr Clemmis andhe could never be replaced! He was THE best. I was very lucky to have been able to go to him for as long as I did.

Dr. McMahan described what he thought was going on with the healing with my broken nose. But, then he suggested a more thorough x-ray to determine how the nose was healing, whether there were further problems with a deviated septum, orwhether there could be any infection. After I had the x-ray Dr. McMahan called me back into his office to tell me the results: my nasal area had an infection, Dr. McMahan didn't know whether I suddenly developed allergies, but we discussed certain things I could eliminate in my home, doing my laundry, even eliminating certain scents, and telling me how to better deal with the possibility of my having allergies now. He advised that he would be prescribing some medications to eliminate the infection, then said he would like to see me in several weeks. Unfortunately, I am going out of town so cannot return until a month from now. Dr. McMahan also prescribed some blood tests to determine whether or not I had allergies. All of these remedies seemed to be very good ideas, and definitely a plan to go forward. Very satisfied with my visit today. Sharon D. Very happy w

The doctor was great. He was able to get to the root of my problem and provided me treatment options. However, I am not too fond of the billing policy. The office should have a flexible plan for patients so theycan cover services. Not sure if I can continue to come back.

I showed up and they were running well over an hour behind. When I asked the girl how long it would be she became very rude and told me three people were in front of me. I said I wish someonecould have called me and said they were running behind and her response was you should've called us we don't have to call you and she continued to be rude and unfriendly.

If it wouldn't be for Dr McMahan who is a fantastic doctor I would most likely find a new practice after today's visit. My appointment was set for 10 am and I wasn't seen until after 11:00. For someone who waspost-surgery and made it on time i believe I should be treated with priority so I could go home and continue to recover and instead I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The staff should make an effort to call and advise the doctor was running late so I could wait comfortable at home instead of wait over an hour on the office.

I scheduled an appt. I arrived in time. Checked in and waited 20 minutes. I asked about the delay and was told 5 more minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and I asked again. The dr became available as I askedagain. 40 minutes late is unacceptable. When I shared my disappointment, he simply said he waited a lot longer for HIS Dr. My nose wasn't bleeding that day so he said there was nothing he could do. I took half a day off work, paid for parking, paid a copay, and was kept waiting unapologetically. And my chronic nose bleed is still here. Bleeding started again the next day. Will absolutely never return. Incredibly frustrated with this whole experience.

The doctor was okay, but he seemed somewhat careless and uninterested. His office also misrepresented the insurance providers that it accepts, and even confirmed to me the wrong information. When I discovered this issue after the appointmentand called the office to get to the bottom of the matter, the staff were entirely unhelpful or could not be reached. They repeatedly failed to honor their promise to call back once the proper person to handle the matter was in the office. Overall, terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

So far so good! The doctor was very informative and knowledgeable and he made me feel like we were getting closer to figuring out a solution. He took a CT scan, blood, and a visual exam when most doctors I've beento will only get through a visual exam on the first visit. Highly recommend.

He's crazy. The visit was like nothing I've ever experienced. The guy is nuts! Had to convince him to let me get an allergy test done, and then he made me list out what I wanted to be tested for eventhough I just wanted a generic test done! I sat there googling what things I thought I may or may not be allergic to in order to develop the list. Weeks later and I still haven't heard back! DO NOT GO TO HIM!
