The wait time was awful! I was the second patient in the office when it opened in the morning. They kept me waiting for over an hour. If you schedule an appointment you'd think you would be seen by a doctor at some time around then. Not here you wont. I would not recommend for anyone.
I’m so glad I chose Dr. Michel to be my primary physician. I took a chance after finding him on ZocDoc and I’m glad I did. He’s always pleasant and goes the extra mile to help.
I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. The waiting room was loud with multiple people talking on their cell phones and cursing. Typically this wouldn't bother me but it was relentless for my 2 hour and 15 minute wait. By the time I finally saw the doctor the first thing he said to me was "hold on" and then spent two minutes texting on his phone. He also kept making jokes about how I looked like a teenager, which again typically wouldn't bother me but after a 2.25 hour wait was just irritating.
The doctor was professional and attentive. Some of his staff however needs to have training with customer service.
Very attentive. Waiting area is small and there was a long wait.
Dr. John Michel is great. Excellent bedside manners, really wants to help you and get you feeling better. The wait time was short which is great.
The wait time was horrible. Dr. Michel is awesome despite the wait.
The staff take good care of patients, and they are very flexible to place your next appointment or lab work. Honestly I love them and you have to try them as well.
They didn't have the confirmation.
My experience was great. The location was convenient and the staff was very nice. I would definitely consider keeping Dr. Michel as my primary care physician.
He's a attentive doc, happy I found him! Staff were also great, over all no concerns other than the usual wait you find at any Doctors office the wait is always bad
My visit was good. Seems like allot of the patients have been going there for awhile the staff knew most people by their first name.
Dr Michel is so understanding and empathic, i cant imagine anyone else as my primary doctor. Most doctors are very arrogant and have made thier desicion regarding you based on your apperance. He looks past that. He listens to you and i found that ive found a doctor who can understand me and no sterotype me. That kind of doctor who has apathy towards you may get you killed. Be honest with him and you will get assisted with the utmost respect.
Dr. Michel was great he listened, I like that about a Doctor.
Excellent service, glad I made the right choice for my primary doctor
Stood in front of receptionist for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then sat for almost an hour before being called DESPITE having an appointment. No call to confirm appointment. Would not recommend
All around bad! he took 2 phone call during the 5 minutes he was in the room with me. The ladies at the front desk assumed I was there For a drug to help with painkiller addiction Witch I wasn't just went for a check up.
It was ok the wait time was long and there's No parking, I got a $26 parking ticket :( People were friendly I would go back if they had a place for me to park with out getting a ticket.
the first time i went to the doctor,he was understanding and helpful,we made a follow up appt, for bloodwork and the office never called to remind me.upon going and making an appointment,i got all the way there and it wasnt even him.it was a nurses assistant who couldnt perscribe my meds.this is even after my Patience after he wrote my persciption wrong instead of 60tablets mine was for 30...they left me up in the air as to what to do.this is a ex-herion and perscription pain killer abuseers maintnence office...the office staff where mean unorganized and unhelpful.the doctor has 4/5 locations and names it excel medical center.if you need help dont go here
He's a great doctor with a great staff, and I recommend him to everyone.
very good DR.I LIKE HIS STAFF.
Pleasent visit the first time, I have to really get to know them did not meet the doctor yet but I should on my next visit
The workers at the front desk need to be more organized.
Very attentive, friendly, kind, and helpful
Pretty Good. Thank You
Definitely a good place if you're not interested in getting right to the point. Doctor's were very informative and didn't waste any time.
I was impressed with how clean his office is and how friendly everyone was. Choosing him for my family doctor.
Very nice staff. Efficient and kind. One of the best doctor visits I have had in a long time. Dr. Michel is now my new primary care physician.
It was good nurses and doctor very polite
Dr. Michel made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I am new to the area and needed a doctor right away and Dr. Michel eased my concerns.
It was good.
Good staff,This is my new personal doctor.
The visit went well but it took 1.5 hours to reach the doctor's office because of the distance and traffic.
I think the doctor has a warm relationship with his patients. I appreciated how he paid attention to my list of medications and recommended future medically necessary tests.I do feel comfortable as a new patient having Dr. Michel as my new doctor. His staff were very pleasant also.
