Well the wait as many other reviewers said is quite long. The place itself has barely any close parking without paying by meter and the inside is not as clean as some other Dr.s places Ive been but...Dr. Michel was actually a great Dr! First impression could have been better but he was professional and really listened to my concerns. So worth the wait and I think I may switch my primary Drs.

The wait time was awful! I was the second patient in the office when it opened in the morning. They kept me waiting for over an hour. If you schedule an appointment you'd think you would be seen by a doctor at some time around then. Not here you wont. I would not recommend for anyone.

I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. The waiting room was loud with multiple people talking on their cell phones and cursing. Typically this wouldn't bother me but it was relentless for my 2 hour and 15 minute wait. By the time I finally saw the doctor the first thing he said to me was "hold on" and then spent two minutes texting on his phone. He also kept making jokes about how I looked like a teenager, which again typically wouldn't bother me but after a 2.25 hour wait was just irritating.

Dr Michel is so understanding and empathic, i cant imagine anyone else as my primary doctor. Most doctors are very arrogant and have made thier desicion regarding you based on your apperance. He looks past that. He listens to you and i found that ive found a doctor who can understand me and no sterotype me. That kind of doctor who has apathy towards you may get you killed. Be honest with him and you will get assisted with the utmost respect.

the first time i went to the doctor,he was understanding and helpful,we made a follow up appt,for bloodwork and the office never called to remind me.upon going and making an appointment,i got all the way there and it wasnt even him.it was a nurses assistant who couldnt perscribe my meds.this is even after my Patience after he wrote my persciption wrong instead of 60tablets mine was for 30...they left me up in the air as to what to do.this is a ex-herion and perscription pain killer abuseers maintnence office...the office staff where mean unorganized and unhelpful.the doctor has 4/5 locations and names it excel medical center.if you need help dont go here

I think the doctor has a warm relationship with his patients. I appreciated how he paid attention to my list of medications and recommended future medically necessary tests.I do feel comfortable as a new patient having Dr. Michel as my new doctor. His staff were very pleasant also.
