It was awful the doctor didn’t introduce herself she was sharp and intrusive blurting out medical stereotypes regarding one of my symptoms that I wasn’t in for and just kept talking at me with out really seeming to care or listen to my overall care I think her inexperience may have influenced her poor bed side manner when treating a well educated client seeking medical care I ended the visit respectfully (“ stating I’m sorry I would like to end this session I really don’t feel comfortable)when I could tell she was just making up her mind about my lifestyle without asking about my complete health history.

Highly recommend I needed to have a primary care provider added to my insurance they were able to be that pcp. I also needed a back dated insurance referral and that was also done. I was able to get my labs done right after the appointment. Everyone was very nice helpful and efficient

I like that everything was laid out with no unknown details. I input my insurance on zocdoc and for sure brings up a ln office that takes my insurance. Nothing came out of pocket. Office staff was very efficient and handled everything I requested very nicely

I cannot write an honest review on simone but upon arrival, the office had me booked for a seperate date and seperate doctor completely. I even checked my voicemail, and received a voicemail the previous day with all my information and time for appointment clearly stated. So I do not know how it got it that wrong twice along with sending me a confirmation message.

Paid out of pocket for a better experience than urgent care but the staff was running a training class and was more focused on gossip than making me feel safe and heard. Came for a few issues and was rushed out of the appointment with zero paperwork and still confused. After paying hundreds to be told to go to another physician because they could care less. It was giving a bless your heart vibe with a I’m sure you will find help somewhere else (eye-roll) to top it off. I wish i knew before spending out of pocket for no reason. Lesson learned.

Very disappointing visit. There was no real evaluation—just basic questions, no in-depth analysis, and no clear medical guidance. I was prescribed a medication I needed urgently, but the office forgot to send the prescription to CVS, causing unnecessary delay and stress. I would not recommend this office.

Simone is absolutely the best care provider I have ever had in my life, and I am 69 years of age. Simone cares about us and stays up to date on all the latest medical advances. Simone's bedside manners are absolutely wonderful and make me feel comfortable during my medical visits. Thank you for having Simone work for your practice.

We were done in 15 minutes, but it didn't feel rushed or anything, just efficient (the issue I was having wasn't major). I will be going back to her!
