I was pleasantly surpised at the way I was treated as a patient. Dr. ONeil was very thorough and caught mistakes that had previously been made in my eye care. Literally, for the first time in years I can see the leaves on trees. I would have never known I needed a specific contact lens for my astigmatism. The staff was great as well. They were kind, patient, and attentive. I highly recommend the Dr. ONeil and the practice to anyone searching for an optometrist.

Dr. O'Neill completed his clinical training at Memorial Hermann Hospital with a rotation in retinal pathology. He specializes in family eye care, including pediatrics, contact lens fittings, and the co-management of cataract and laser vision corrective surgeries. He is licensed therapeutically and as an optometric glaucoma specialist.
Dr. O'Neill lives in Katy with his wife Betsy, son Jack, and daughter Kathryn.

I loved it there the front desk was super nice. I talked to Kelsey she was super nice for explaining every step of the exam and answered all my questions .
Doctor O'Neill was super nice and friendly himself. i had more questions about contact lenses I talked to a lady named Deleresa I believe I hope I'm spelling it right. She answered all my questions very well as well. They all helped me out to pick sunglasses I was looking through them for almost an hour. I thought they won't like it and get mad but not at all they made me feel so comfortable. I 100% recommend this place . I'm actually going online to get another appointment for my dad

Wow. Everything was perfect. The optometry assistants were incredibly fluid in their presentation and explanation. Every detail was accounted for. Options for discounts through checking in on Facebook were even given. The eye exam was thorough yet efficient. I couldn't complain one bit. I have very sensitive, itchy, dry eyes and asked for a recommendation for contacts that would compliment my daily life, and that is exactly what I got and then some. If you are looking for a really good optometrist, this is the one I'd recommend and choose. No regrets.

Dr. O'Neaill's office hasthe latest in high tech equipments. Did not have to go thru the 'put drops in the eye' for examination. The other option was for a nominal additional expense. Did not have to wait for dialation and side effects of light sensitivities. Doctor came in right away to check me after the test was done. Will go back.

My eyes are strained from hours and hours of sitting in front of the computer so the good doctor gave me some great guidelines on how to better deal with that strain and make sure my eyeballs don't fall out of their sockets. I was very pleased with Dr. O'Neill and his staff. I am still awaiting my contact prescription being emailed to me as promised, but it's only been about 5 hours since I was there. He was very courteous, knowledgeable (from what I could tell, given that I know NOTHING about optometry) and engaging, as was his staff.
