About Dr. Emily Porier
Dr. Emily Porier spent her early years traveling as an ?army brat? before finally settling down in Killeen, Texas. After graduating from high school in Killeen, Dr. Porier pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree, magna cum laude, in 1994 from the University of Houston College of Optometry, with a special emphasis on neuro-ophthalmic disorders. Upon receiving her doctorate, Dr. Porier joined Memorial Eye Center, where she has consistently set the standard in providing comprehensive eye care for more than 18 years. She has a wide range of experience and excels at delivering full-scope family eye care, with a special interest in pediatric vision and the unique challenges involved in maintaining healthy eyes in children.

My babysitter canceled on me last minute and I had to take my busy 4 year old son with me to my appointment. Everyone was so friendly and accepting to my son. I was able to go through my exam with no problem. Also quick. And most importantly I can see. ????

I had a great visit at Memorial Eye Care. Dr. Porier was efficient and thorough. The office is conveniently located at the corner of Eldridge and Memorial with ample parking. The staff is amazing! I tried on countless frames and they were extremely accommodating. One of the front desk staff even offered to write “Gucci” on the paper sunglasses provided after my dilation. ??. 10/10 odd recommend.
