I liked Dr. Lok. I found him to be poised and professional, all the while, listening to my list of pains/problems. He then addressed as many as possible, in a calm manner. His staff, while, small, is also very nice, polite and accommodating. English is spoken here as well ( just for the record, I am not of Asian descent ). I just happened to find Dr. Lok while searching for a QUALIFIED Podiatrist who also accepted my Insurance. It took me here to Zocdoc and while I am familiar with lots of the physician's names, I was a bit hesitant on the site itself. I'm glad I took a chance though and was pleasantly surprised by not only how easy the site was to use, and also found a nice Doctor as well. I recommend this site and very much recommend Dr. Look as well.

Loved Dr Lok! He was great about making me feel comfortable even though he had to take off my toe nail! Great bedside manner and very well educated. He answered all my questions too! Highly reccomended.

Dr. Lok was great! He took the time to listen to me and analyze the problems and came up with a game plan. He talked WITH me and not TO me and did not treat me like a child, but instead like a patient who wanted to be well-informed. He also shared suggestions offered to him from the experiences of some of his other patients and I took that as a doctor who listens not just to medical books, but to those experiencing the problems. I will definitely go back and would recommend him.

The office looks shabby which unnerved me but dr lok hinself was very nice and had a great bedaide manner. Im not sure if i would return..hes located in flushing and seems to cater primary to the asian community; all literature in the office was in chinese, including the tv you watch while waiting
