The physician has the knowledge but the wait time and the bedside manners were very unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this practice, because I was put off by the atmosphere and that has a huge impact to patient adherence to care andpatient understanding of disease and condition. My experience was that I was told to come in minutes early to fill out paperwork and start my appointment in time. After I filled out my paperwork, I had to wait 20 minutes after the appointment before I was taken into a patient room. Then, in the patient room I waited almost 40 minutes before the physician entered. When the physician entered, she didn't introduce herself or apologize for the long wait time or even explain why the wait was so long. The lack of acknowledgement was extremely aggravating. After that, my meeting with her last 5 minutes. For this 5 minute meeting, I waited one hour and 15 minutes with no explanation. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I had multiple appointments with Dr.Breadon, and she was very kind and helpful. She got me started on a medication that helped on of my skin issues incredibly. When I needed this prescription refilled again, I was told I had tomake another appointment to get a refill. I was then informed the doctor would not be available for over a month. When I asked what a solution to this problem would be, because I needed the medication ASAP, I was told they weren't referring patients anywhere and there was nothing they could do for me. I understand doctors are busy, but I had no idea I had to make another appointment to get my meds refilled, and the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic. I had to find a new doctor and start all over. While I very much liked Dr.Breadon I will not be going back.

I really like Dr. Breadon! I found her on ZocDoc over a year ago and I've visited her several times as I'm being treated for hair loss. While she is awesome, I consistently wait 45-1hr to see her. A staff membermentioned that they were understaffed and apologized for the consistently long waits but I think I'll start looking elsewhere.

My daughter and I went to see her on two separate occasions. My daughter, who is 14, really liked the doctor and her professionalism. And after seeing the fast results, I decided to go. The nurse was very nice and helpfuland the doctor was great. The visit was nice and quick and they answered all my questions. I have already recommended Dr. Breadon to some of my co-workers.

I have seen Dr. Breadon on several occasions and I have found her to be insincere and unfocused during appointments. Her staff is cold; I've never seen one of them smile or offer a kind word during patient visits. It isdifficult to get questions answered when contacting her office staff. I'm not seen as a valued patient or customer at this practice; I'm just a number. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

Office asked to reschedule and for me to come in early. Came in early for my appointment and waited over an hour to see the Dr. The appointment was even worse than the waiting. Dr. did not follow up with cultureresults and insisted I use her unknown, independent pharmacy who also never called me. Bedside demeanor quickly went downhill after I refused a shot I didn't need.

Dr. Breadon is great! You can tell, immediately, her vast knowledge on skin issues. I went in, originally, just for face and body acne, and she saw that I had a keloid on my chest, that my past Doctor wasn't ableto get completely flat, and now it's as though I never had the scar in the first place! My acne has also majorly cleared, which is ah-may-zing! The only downside to her, is that she really does push certain products even after your clear reluctance on them, besides that she is fantastic at what she does.

I loved this office! Super convenient and she seems really knowledgeable. She took the opportunity to get to know what my problems are..."tell me everything from the beginning"...I love a doctor who care's about what YOU think is wrong withYOU and evaluates from there. She put me on a treatment plan and I was out and back to work in an hr.

I went there with a concern about an ingrown hair that had become problematic .. And instead they were pushing sales about laser treatments. I was treated with something to help the ingrown but with a "I don't think this willwork" And other things were said to further my concern (enough that I found another dermatologist that day to resolve my concerns!). It wasn't the right fit for me and what I was looking for.

I arrived early and was seen later than my appointment. Once, I was in the room, I was told to undress and was left in a cold room for about 20 minutes before seeing the doctor. She diagnosed the symptoms fairlyquickly, then prescribed some topical creams. I should have gone to the local drug store.

I am giving 3 starts out of 5 not for the doctor. but for the staff around that was checking me in and out. When I came for my appointment, receptionists were rude and lazy. Couldn't find me in the system. When I asked them if my insurance is in network, they just said yes yes without checking and (I later received a huge bill). Staff was on their cellphones most of the time and completely ignored my questions.

Dr. Breadon was able to diagnose my skin issue very quickly. She gave me a quick run down of the known information about the condition and provided me with an informational pamphlet as well as a sample of the lotion tohelp calm my skin. I was able to get in with her the same day I needed an appointment, which is why I chose her, but the office seems to be more geared towards cosmetic treatments and procedures and less towards "dermatology". That being said, my needs were met quickly and I appreciate the office's availability and efficiency.

When I made my appointment with Dr. Breadon, the office called me right away to confirm and adjust my appointment time. This made me feel wonderful, knowing the team was adjusting my appointment time to better suit their current line upof patients and the minimize my wait. When I arrived for my appointment, 10 minutes early, I had plenty of time to fill out the new patient forms. By the time I was done, it was the exact time of my appointment. I waited in the waiting room for 20 more minutes, not unusual for a small practice, before being briskly whisked upstairs for the pre-consultation with the assistant. After answering a bevy of questions, the assistant left after telling me the doctor would be in shortly. I waited in the exam room for another 20 minutes before the assistant popped back in, telling me "I hadn't been forgotten" and the doctor would be in as soon as her previous procedure ended. A full hour and ten minutes after my appointment time, Dr. Breadon entered my exam room. It was startling to me, however, because no one in this office knocks on the exam room door before entering. Between Dr. Breadon's entrance, the assistant's entrance, the in-training assistant's entrance, another assistant needing the first assistant's assistance, etc. etc. there were at least a dozen instances when someone entered my exam room during the appointment without knocking on the door. And Dr. Breadon and I were trying to have a detailed conversation throughout the nearly constant stream of physical interruptions. All of this was very over-whelming and made me feel unimportant and belittled. The exam was quick and thorough however, making me feel at least listened to and well cared for during our very brief time together. After answering my questions and explaining her beliefs on my current predicament, Dr. Breadon rattled off four treatments I could try at home before ordering a blood sample to be drawn. The blood draw, performed by her assistant, was quick and painless, making me feel grateful for the ease and familiarity of that procedure. I requested a copy of the labs drawn as well as my co-payment receipt before leaving the establishment, which were provided willingly although not automatically. Overall, my appointment satisfactory, but not one that I will be willingly repeating any time soon.
