Dr. Boylan is currently active in a teaching capacity as a coordinator of two New Jersey podiatric surgical residency programs, one at Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken, New Jersey and the other at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, New Jersey. Dr. Boylan has served officer positions in the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society-Hudson Division and has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and community news periodicals over his career. Dr. Boylan is a 25 year member of the New York City Road Runners Club and has competed in over 100 road races throughout his career including two New York City marathons.
Dr. Boylan graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in NYC in 1987. He completed his undergraduate studies in the biological sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa , Florida . Dr. Boylan completed his residency training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals in NYC 1987-1989 and was chief resident 1988-1989.
