I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Brummer and Nicole in his office. Both have gone above and beyond for me through multiple injuries over two years, even taking calls outside office hours, and fighting insurance appeals. Dr. Brummer reallylistens and has creative ways to address long term care issues. Above all he is just a fun person to interact with and brings a bright spot to a difficult time, and clearly cares deeply about his patients.

Seriously the best doctor i’ve ever been to! I went to 4 other doctors that could not help me in any way and then went to him and left being able to WALK!! A miracle worker! He called me a fewhours after the appointment to make sure I was doing ok which no one has ever done for me before. He does not take my insurance but I will not go to anyone else....he’s that good!

My first point of contact was Nicole, the office manager. She confirmed my appointment within minutes of booking even though it was past seven in the evening. She had the paperwork ready even before my arrival to the office saving alot of time. She was friendly yet professional. Dr. Brummer conducted a thorough examination, listened attentively and answered all my questions. Dr. Brummer explained several courses of treatment available to manage my condition which assisted me in making an informed decision. I am completely satisfied and pleased with my visit at Dr. Brummer's office. Many thanks to Nicole and Dr. Brummer for making feel like a valued patient.

He was very professional and I have to say I left the appointment feeling my issue was treated for the first time of at least 4 other Doctors visited for the same issues. Excellent bedside manner and no wait. Every personfrom the front desk to the medical assistant was amazing and I would definitely recommend Dr. Brummer. Thank you!!

Dr Brummer is great! I have been treating with him for a couple of years, now, and the experience is always excellent. He is personable and understanding, and it is obvious that he cares deeply about his patients. He takes extratime to explain everything clearly, and he is careful to go over every treatment option. I highly recommend him!

Absolutely terrible experience. I have never written a bad review online, and I have given Dr. Brummer every opportunity to correct the problem, but he has left me no choice here. 1) I paid full price for my office visit andorthotics because I was out of network. The office submitted my claim anyway, and it turned out that the insurance company did cover about 90% of what I had paid (i.e., reimbursements meant for me because I paid in full). Dr. Brummer's office kept that reimbursement. I have been trying, for 7 months, to get my reimbursement back from them. I have called his office countless times, and I have been given the run-around. After several calls, Dr. Brummer's office agreed to reimburse me for a portion of the bill (far less than what the insurance company paid), but I have never received a check, despite following up several times. Dr. Brummer has not once called or spoken to me himself. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for my time is staggering. Dr. Brummer has had 7 months to correct this problem, and he has failed to do so. 2) Dr. Brummer did not show up for my first appointment. I arrived at 9:50 a.m. for a 10 a.m. appointment, and at 10:30, I was informed that Dr. Brummer was not in the office and would not get in until noon. When I eventually saw the doctor that afternoon, I received little in the way of an apology.
