I was on time, waited 40 minutes and there were still two patients ahead of me, so I had to leave and was unable to see the doctor. I’m in excruciating pain and they failed to help me. This is the third time in a row this has happened with a podiatrist booked through ZocDoc, which is making me lose trust in the platform.

the office waiting area is unpleasant. office space is shared with other doctors and waiting area is loud , waiting is filled with people talking longingly on their phones, no consideration of others in waiting area.
