Dr. Joseph Victor Breton completed his residency at Stamford Hospital where he served as Chief Resident his 3rd year. He was in private practice for 15 years in Enfield, CT. He recently left the position of Chief Medical Officer for State of Connecticut Department of Corrections before joining ECPA. Dr. Breton was also the professor of Pharmacology at Springfield College and currently teaches Medical Courses at Baypath University. He won several awards at both institutions. His primary focus is prevention of diseases and elimination of medication by educating patients on the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise.
Appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior to schedule appointment will result in a fee. 15 minutes late to an appointment is considered a no-show and will result in a fee.
Patients with a high deductible health care plan will be required to make a payment at the time of visit until the yearly deductible has been met.
Our providers are unable to prescribe controlled substances for long term use.
