About Anne Fern
Anne knew at a young age that she wanted to be a nurse. Her mother was a nurse. She volunteered at a nursing home and became a certified nursing assistant. She learned so much about life from her elderly patients. She discovered how much she enjoyed helping people. Anne decided to become an APRN to work in a primary care setting. There, she could help educate her patients so that they can make more informed decisions about their health. Family oriented, Anne believes her biggest accomplishment and joy is her family.

Anne was amazing, she took the time to address all my concerns and explain everything clearly and effectively, including what my next steps are. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Both were very patient.

Misdiagnosed when there and thought I had sinus infection but it turned out be Covid and she didn’t think to do a test to check and later when I called she said it was to last to use the stuff to make it so it’s not as bad.

Did not care for her. Felt she was stuck on Covid and not my sinus infection. If she looked at my chart she would see I am prone to them. Making another trip back and getting treated. I'm not once to complain I understand how tough your jobs are for sure.

I was seen by the nurse practitioner who conferred with the doctor. Their care was excellent however, when they handed me off, there was no Follow up I had to call back and found out that the referral had not been made yet and that it was done that day after the call too many hand off with no accountability

My provider listened to all of my concerns and asked appropriate questions and seemed genuinely concerned with my well being. The visit was very comfortable for me which is very important to me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else. I will definitely return.
