“Very efficient and effective as an Urgent Care evaluation visit. Referred by my PCP who was out of the office. The Dr I saw is an ER physician and was very helpful in assessing how to approach the care I needed. He fully informed me and made appropriate follow up suggestions. I felt assured that I got good care. The pre-registration process via ZocDoc worked well, with the exception that I received several follow up texts and eMails from Hartford Healthcare to provide the same information I had entered in ZocDoc. I ignored those rather than go through the registration process multiple times. The office had the info. I provided so it seems the integration of ZocDoc with the HHC system is incomplete at this time and there's really no need to enter information multiple times.”
