This office does not sync its appointments with ZocDoc, so it's best to call and schedule an appointment over the phone. After making my ZocDoc appointment and reading reviews here complaining about the same issue, I called and office and they did not have any record of my ZocDoc appointment. So I set up a new appointment for an hour after my original ZocDoc appointment time.

Made this appointment through Zocdoc, yet the nurse assistant told me to never use Zocdoc to make my appointment. What's the point in being listed in Zocdoc if you prefer patients to call your office instead? She was rude and pushy. Dr. Donahue himself was fine, but his nurse assistant needs to treat the patients better.
