Dr. Sciaroni is able to handle a bit of humor, which i think is nice in a doctor. also, i dont have insurance but everyone in the office, including dr. sciaroni, did their best to find me the cheapest care. Also,I got some super cheap x-rays (hand) with no insurance. Dr. Sciaroni made sure to double check the price to to make sure I was ok with it before doing the xrays.

Dr. Sciaroni was fantastic! She spent a good deal of time listening to the history of my injuries & doing physical tests on my knees / hips. She gave an in depth assessment and recommended physical therapy instead of trying totake me into surgery right away, which I've dealt with with other doctors.

Dr. Sciaroni has guided me through all kinds of sports injuries over the years - elbow, calf, shoulder, ankle, and lower back. I'm currently pregnant and really grateful to have her in my corner as I work through an unfortunately timedback injury. She always sees me on time (or even early) and I dig that she's an athlete herself! Choice of SF or Daly City office locations is also pretty convenient.

Wow! Dr. Sciaroni just.. rocks. I came in with what I thought was a broken finger, she took one look, diagnosed it, double checked with a quick x-ray, answered all my questions, made me feel better about my finger (and life)and I was outta there in 10 minutes. Rockstar status!

Fantastic doctor and extremely helpful staff. Dr. Sciaroni is extremely pleasant and explained my diagnosis in extremely easy-to-understand terms (she even drew a diagram). When my I was having trouble finding a brace provider within mynetwork, Dr. Sciaroni's team got on the phone with my insurance and providers within the area and were able to find one on my behalf. I highly recommend Dr. Sciaroni!

Dr. Sciaroni was excellent. I'd recommend her to friends. I'd also offer a word of caution about the office staff. Make sure to insist on paper copies before leaving because they lose paperwork. Upon checkout, Dr. Sciaroni told the office assistantthat I needed an MRI urgently and to make sure the order was sent in immediately. They sent me to get blood tests and told me they would call within an hour with the MRI order (required for MRI facilities). They never called. Over the next two days, I called several times. Each time they told me they would call me back within an hour and never did. Finally I trekked back to the office (on crutches) and was able to get the MRI order in person. The staff member admitted they had "lost it" and acknowledged they have serious problems with returning calls.

Dr. Laura Sciaroni is awesome! Great bedside manner, very comprehensive overview of what was going on with my body and why. Recommended Physical Therapists nearby and offered an introduction so I could get in right away. Highly recommend her!Unfortunately the receptionists at the front desk for the practice are a hot mess. At first they couldn't find my appointment, then they couldn't locate my chart information (which was submitted through Zocdoc). They seemed to be running around frantically the entire time. Finally after waiting 40 minutes, I asked when I would see the doctor. My appointment was at 10AM and they informed me the appointment was 11AM (after I had told them it was 10AM upon checking in). After I showed them the confirmation email from Zocdoc, they had me see the doctor right away and blamed the situation on the computer system: "it's hard to tell what time the appointment is, 10AM looks like 11AM." The issue was clearly a lack of communication and proper adherence to check-in procedures for the front desk, so it seemed unsavory to blame it on the computer system.
