“It was a great appointment. The doctor was attentive and spent enough time and didn’t rush. They did the blood work in the same appointment which was great. The only thing I’d like next time is a gown for a physical exam, they don’t usually provide that to male patients.”

This provider forcefully order mammogram even though I explicitly asked her not to. her reason was that above this age, she is required to prescribe that.
Not to mention, when the image center called her about my appointment, she cancelled my appointment without telling me

The doctor was so kind, helpful, candid. I also saw that they really look out for their patients to make sure they are not over-charged and that they don't experience any surprise expenses (based on their insurances). I had the pap smear and physical screening done by Dr. Pamela Ruiz. She listened to me, walked me through all the procedures and made sure I felt comfortable during the exam. Staff in the office are also friendly. Great experience!

She doesn’t spend more on the exam than is necessary, which I appreciated since I got a Pap smear. I wasn’t excited about getting one, but she made it easy. I really liked the way Dr. Ruiz approached my conditions during my visit. I was expecting a dermatology referral for mole removal, so I was shocked when she said she would remove the mole that same day and send it out for evaluation. A few days later, the office called to inform me that the report came back normal (phew!). She is a very proactive and knowledgeable doctor.
