I thought I was going to see Dr. joseph Fedrick but I was told that he doesn't see patients because he's the director. I saw Dr. Love Balthazar, and she was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and I could tell that she loves what she does.

I just had an appointment with him and I honestly have no complaints. I waited awhile (about an hour) but that seems to be the standard at most doctor's office i be been to. He addressed my concerns and gave me the proper referrals for my situation. The staff was good too.

He needs to retire. He doesn't know what he's doing or saying. He falls asleep while typing with one finger. Talks about war and immigrants and poor people that uses Obama care insurance. He stays looking at the wall and has conversations all by him self. He throws gasses and never said excuse me. He doesn't ask any questions but quickly to diagnose a patient. Only prescribes Advil and Tylenol.

First they have you make an appointment and when you get there they tell you it's walk-in. First come first serve. Waited over 2 hours. When finally called in the assistant was texting on her phone with her back to me asking me to have a seat on an exam table on which the table paper had not been changed. It was totally unprofessional and I work in the medical field. The only positive feedback is the front desk personell were the only ones who seemed to be somewhat professional.

Horrible. I had a 9:30am appointment and when I got there I was informed to sign in and the doctor will see patients according to the sign up sheet. Basically you can have an appointment for 3:00pm come in as soon as they open and if you are the first one to sign in, you will be the first one to see the doctor. What's the point of having an appointment?! The doctor did not listen to any of my concerns and completely disregarded my illness. He gave me a referral and sent me off. I was in pain and the dr didn't do anything about it! What's a referral on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend?? I was getting upset and the dr had went out for lunch so I wasited. Once he returned I had to pretty much force my way back to seeing him since he disregarded me as he walked back in from lunch. Finally I got a prescription that was suppose to help over the weekend but it did not. Better off going to urgent care than waisting your time with this doctor. Never again.
