I had limited time with Dr Mardanzai as I was just there for annual physical. But he seemed to ask the right questions and spent about 10 minutes with me discussing my health issues. Ordered a few blood tests, had his tech give me a Tdap shot and I was on my way. Office was conveniently located. I'd recommend, but a caveat to this review is this first visit of mine wasn't enough to give full evaluation.

Dr. Mardanzai was awesome. The appointment was a little late starting because he got busy with another patient, but the woman working reception was very friendly and helpful. They were more polite and apologetic for the wait than I would ever expect in a Doctor's office even after I said I was not in a hurry.
I love the filler results. He is polite, professional, very friendly, and I actually had fun. I will recommend him to others. It was my first time with fillers, but one of the best experiences I have had at a medical appointment ever. I have nothing but positive things to say about this doctor and the office.

Dr. Joseph Mardanzai is a Board Certified physician with 10 years of acute care Medicine and Critical Care experience. Also, with over 4 years of biochemical immunology and cardiovascular research at Cal State and UCSF, he is best suited to take care of difficult cases. He leads the new Advanced Wound care center and Hyperbaric Medicine as the new Medical Director in San Ramon Regional Med Ctr. Most importantly, he believes in treating each and every patient like a family member. He strives to promote health and youth through integrating internal medicine with preventive medical measures and advance skin care.
Outside his practice he is a co-investigator in 3 case studies including Diabetes, Severe flue, and Obesity. We are currently expanding our practice to anti-aging medicine, weight loss medicine, advance skin care, and body rejuvenation.
We strive towards prevention of illness, minimize medications, keep you out of hospitals, and help you age gracefully and beautifully.

Doc is great. The front staff/organization much less so. Very difficult to reach, when you call the line automatically goes to voicemail that says the office is closed when it's actually open, things don't get done. It's a shame.

I definitely recommend Dr. Mardanzai. Very professional doctor and staff. They saw me within an hour of booking an appointment through the ZocDoc app. It was my first appointment using ZocDoc, I went in for a prescription refill and he was very thorough in asking me about personal medical history, family history, and prescription drug symptoms. A successful positive experience.
