He received his medical degree from Medical College of Virginia in 1990, where he interned in general surgery. He performed his residencies in general surgery and urology at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Neighbors is a member of the American Urological Association, The North Carolina Urological Association, North Carolina Medical Society and the Wake County Medical Society.
Dr. Neighbors enjoys practicing general urology, but his areas of special interest include urologic oncology and endourology.
