They made my child feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for, which means everything as a parent. The nurse took the time to explain things clearly, the lab tech was gentle and reassuring, and the doctor was thorough, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients.
It’s not always easy to find a medical office where everyone works together so seamlessly and treats you like more than just a number, but this place absolutely does. “The office staff was really warm and welcoming, this is my first visit to the doc in NC and I was impressed coming from NYC. The office was immaculately clean, there was no wait time. FNP Anderson was extremely knowledgeable, took her time to explain everything, offered solutions and support for my baby, even gave suggestions for his dental care provider. My son got his vaccines and didn’t even cry. I am definitely returning! Thank you so much for an amazing first experience! ”
