Very long wait but he takes his time when it's your turn. If you have Empire BCBS they ask for a credit card number to hold onto in case the insurance doesnt pay them in full.

I’m proud to offer patients years of experience, and a special expertise in arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery – which I always perform in top-rated hospitals. Dr. Stein was very personable, professional and thoroughly (and patiently!) answered all of my questions. I appreciate his later office hours as well as the amount of time he devoted to my care during the visit.

i think that if appointments are made people should not have to wait for an hour or more to be seen. my suggestion will be to set appointments at least 20 minutes apart to be able to control the waittime.
