The follow up appt was more than 15 minutes where it felt like Judy actually asked me my opinion about things instead of making quick decisions and recommending med changes without much questioning, like I've experienced with other services. She's also willing to try treating symptoms even if the diagnosis isn't very clear, which is nice when you feel your testing hasn't been an accurate representation of what's going on with you. It's nice to have someone listen to you, believe what you're saying, and be willing to give a chance to what you think is going on.

I’ve never written a review about a medical professional before, but my experience was so horrible, that as someone in healthcare myself, I felt the need to make history.
This prescriber was rude, dismissive and i clearly had zero interest in me or my healthcare needs. She displayed zero empathy and her bedside manner is really subpar, and I felt very uncomfortable with the first 5 minutes of the visit.
Even worse than all of this, her manager didn’t listen to my concerns without talking over me and making excuses for the poor care I received.
Luckily, I was able to get an emergency appointment with another provider with a different company who provided the care and professionalism required out of a healthcare professional.
