Great to meet you! I offer MEDICATION MANAGEMENT with therapy. I do not offer stand alone therapy sessions.
I have been in the nursing field since 2010, working in various settings, including Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals, private sectors, and outpatient mental health clinics. My clinical experience includes treating adults and the perinatal population, particularly those struggling with mood and anxiety disorders.
My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree from West Coast University, where I also earned a Master’s in Nursing and a Post Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. This progression from LVN to RN to MSN PMHNP has given me a deep understanding of patient care at multiple levels.

A bit about my approach to therapy:
I take a holistic and patient centered approach, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, and cultural factors. I am open to both traditional and alternative treatments and work with clients who prefer a natural approach first before considering medication, when appropriate.
My goal is to empower clients by providing the necessary tools to manage their mental health and improve their quality of life.
