I was unsure of how quality the visit would be, especially given that it was an annual check up kind of visit. But the doctor had a checklist of things to ask about and in the end most of the things a doctor does is order lab work to check on your general health or look out for major problems. This visit went very well, got my labs ordered and filled in good time and the doctor followed up quickly in the app. Good experience all around..

What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I enjoy working with a variety of people in both urgent care and preventative/primary care. Women's health, mental health and preventative care are some of my specific areas of interest.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider should be there to help guide and educate patients as they navigate the healthcare system. I feel that treating the entire person (both physical health and mental health) is essential in providing excellent care.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I returned to the Seattle area in 2015 after 10 years living elsewhere. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family - I have 2 young children who keep me very busy! I love to travel and have been to 43 states.
