How do you expect somebody to attend an appointment you notify them has been rescheduled within 1 hour when in fact it was not one hour but an hour and 15 minutes and earlier than the time they had booked. I would have been one thing to have had to wait but that was absolutely garbage. Is your priority the healthcare of the people, or flipping time slots?

With an appointment the wait for the doc was nearly 30 minutes after being brought to a room and then she spent maybe 45 seconds speaking with me. I was sent to another location for imaging and then told there was nothing to do. This is the exact reason why I don't seek medical care - doctors don't listen and when the one theory they have doesn't pan out you are just out of luck.

There was very little wait time, which I appreciated. The staff was great. However, I needed to have an exam and the provider seemed really uncomfortable doing it- like she really didn’t want to- which made me very uncomfortable.

Urgent care(s); like the DMV! It happens. I was in too much pain to leave. I did wait a long time, but again, it happens. Once taken I was treated well, listened to, and helped as much as possible. Just know, if you need imagining, better off going to the ER. I could get no imagining. I’m at home, same pain. I’m doing what she said. We will see.

The office changed my appt from noon to 230, 330, 430, 445, 446, 448, back to 445, then 448 and again 445 I wasn't seen. Only one provider, do better I know you can and have in the past.
