Dr. Lo has a very kind and empathetic manner which immediately put me at ease. He even called my surgeon because I had a question which though not urgent, I was concerned about. We discussed my concerns on speaker phone. Based on my experience I would wholeheartedly recommend this physician.

Dr. Lo is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles. After completing his Bachelors in Biochemistry (1991), he attended University of Rochester School of Medicine, New York receiving a Doctorate in Medicine in 2000. As an Anesthesiology Resident at University of California, Irvine, Dr. Lo was consistently awarded top academic awards. He is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management, and has completed fellowship training in Pain Management at University of California, San Francisco.
During his recent tenure as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology at University of California, San Francisco, Dr. Lo was rated #1 in every category of the patient satisfaction ratings published by UCSF.
