I waited for 40 minutes, and no one came to tell me why I was waiting. I heard the doctor eating lunch and on the phone, very unprofessional office. Never going back!!

The receptionist & the doctor were lovely, but the place itself not really...
However, Dr. Jyotsna Bhatt did focus on the details, she didn't just try to prescribe me anything after seeing me for five minutes. She even told me about some home made remedies to try!

Dr. Bhatt, she was very welcome and care about providing you with the service. Very caring and lovely attitude follow up everything I answer to and 100% sure and clear. She was almazing! I did not wait no longer than 10 minutes to see Dr. Bhatt

She didn't really do anything to me... She took my vitals asked me questions and write a perscription. I knew for sure I would need to be examined and she did not do so. She seemed confused about a lot of things. I asked her simple questions that any doctor Gould know and she seemed confused and never rally have me solid advice. Even when she took my weight she gave it to me in KG like I really know how many pounds I am in KG! I did not like her. She was over 30 mins late and I felt like I could have been a better doctor. Oh and the office is extremely small and stretchy and she does not close the examination room door which is exposed to her secretary and the small waiting room. And lastly her secretary WILL talk your ear off about random things that uy don't make sense so beware!

This was the first time I had been to this doctor. I am a US citizen living abroad and needed to get a check up and have my birth control prescription refilled during a short visit home. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my usual doctor because of the time constraints, so I booked my appointment online through zocdoc and got several emails confirming my appointment. When I got to the doctor, they had no record of my appointment. Then they had all kinds of problem processing my insurance because they called a number they had on hand for my insurance company and not the number on my insurance card for a specific branch of the company for expats.
I waited a long time to see the doctor. She came in and did the exam and I had a few questions and concerns about my recent health that I brought up and felt like I was dismissed without an answer. I felt like many of the normal and important things that are discussed in this type of appointment were not brought up while some that were strange and seemed irrelevant were. She seemed more interested in finding out what I do for a living. I was told I had an irregular pulse and should have that checked out, but was not given a referral or any more information other than that it was abnormal right before she finished. The doctor ran out of the room without writing a prescription or even asking if I needed one or had any other questions. When I dressed and came out of the exam room, she was already with another patient and I had to tell the nurse at the desk that I needed my prescription refilled and what the prescription was for, in the waiting room, in front of other patients. I then had to wait for the doctor to finish up with the other patient and again had to publicly explain in the waiting room that I need my prescription refilled and what medication it was. She wrote the prescription, but when I got to the pharmacy to have it filled, I found out that she had only given me three refills. I have been on the same pill for ten years, I am married and only with one partner, am healthy, and have never had an abnormal test or any problems with the pill. I have moved around the country and been to seven different doctors in that time for the same exam, and have always gotten a prescription for a year at a time.
Luckily, I was able to get my heart checked out and my prescription refilled by another doctor without having to go back and deal with them again. The specialist found nothing wrong with my pulse.
One positive thing is that the nurse at the front desk was very pleasant.

It was ok. I just didn't expect to fill out any paperwork at all. It defeated the purpose of filling it out online prior to the visit. The space is very small so at times I felt a little claustrophobic.
