More about Kaitlyn Klomstad, RD
Kaitlyn developed an interest for nutrition during her first few years of college. She was very active in sports all the way up through high school, and once college started, she gained interested in lifting and working out. However, leading up to this point nutrition was never something that she had a lot of knowledge on, but knew it was crucial for overall general health, as well as sports performance.
Kaitlyn’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, nutrition support, bariatric and weight management, but also disease prevention and wellness too.
Kaitlyn strongly believes that everyone should have access to nutritional care and takes the approach to health at every size. She is very passionate about nutrition and helping clients become healthier versions of themselves as it is very rewarding.
Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from University of Wisconsin-Stout. Later on, she obtained her Masters from Concordia University Chicago in Applied Exercise Science-Sports Nutrition.
Kaitlyn likes to spend her free time with her family, traveling, CrossFit, and being active outside when the weather is nice.
