The nurse who saw me first, Lillian, Dr. Shahi herself, and all of her staff were so accommodating and pleasant. They listened to my concerns, were thoughtful in their communication and went the extra mile to assist with booking a specialist appointment for me. I will continue to see Dr. Shahi as my primary care provider based on this experience.

With decades of experience practicing medicine, Ms. Kala Shahi is a skilled and trusted family nurse practitioner. She welcomes patients of all ages at First Clinic LLC in Potomac and Bladensburg, MD. Very unprofessional, my test results were given in the hallway in front of the other people and they did not provide me with the results for my employer and didn't tell me when or even if the office will send it to me.

We had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for the Covid test. Covid test was very expensive and it took much longer than 20 minutes to get the results. They don't answer the phone either.

Unfortunately, in this Zocdoc survey, it only allows you to rate the professionals that treated you, which is different than leaving feedback for the office in general.
The physician and nurse that treated me were amazing, but at the same time, I cannot in good conscience leave a positive rating for this office as they attached someone else's COVID-19 results to my blood work. When asked if my PHI and personal information was sent to the other individual, they chose the route of avoiding liability and ignoring my e-mails in their entirety.
Despite their great practitioners, their administrative staff and inept capabilities to protect patient information and privacy, this office cannot be trusted or recommended.
