“Doctor was very professional and entire staff was polite, gentle, clear and all professional.
My only concern was the fact that I had to keep my urine cup in the restroom among others that have been collected. God knows how long they’ve been sitting in there. They had told me to go into the restroom and collect one of the cups in there to collect my urine. When I got they I grabbed a urine cup and noticed it was already filled with urine from another patient and I noticed several other specimens sitting there. I didn’t appreciate that. One of the cups was open with urine inside. People’s urine specimens could be mixed up and besides, it’s nasty”

felt like she wasn't very knowledgable for basic questions I asked. Cancelled an appointment but they didn't in their system then charged me for it because I didn't show up. Not going back there again.

The provider was very thorough in explaining the pre-op examination and tests that would be done for this visit. 1) Electrocardio. 2) Blood work and imaging orders that would be ordered. She answered all questions thoroughly and totally understandably. She had great interpersonal bedside manner. This was my 1st visit and I was completely satisfied. Glad I got to know this provider.
