About Dr. Sarah Park
Heale Medical is a technology enabled primary care practice. Dr Park is an integral part of Heale Medical. Dr. Park completed the Bachelor of Science / Doctor of Medicine program at Northeastern Ohio Medical University. She completed an internal medicine residency at Case Western Metro Health in Cleveland, Ohio, and is Internal Medicine board-certified physician. Dr. Park has 10 years of experience and prior to starting at Heale Medical, she worked in academic medicine as well as hospitalist work. Her focuses include preventative care and women’s health. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her husband and two children. She also likes to volunteer at church and with various global health organizations.

When you visit Dr. Park and her staff, you'll feel that they've given careful thought to every facet of your health and wellbeing. She pays close attention to every detail you tell her and weighs all of your alternatives before dismissing you and writing you a prescription. I wish all medical professionals showed as much care and compassion as she did in her notes and in person. As someone who is nervous about their health, I can talk about it for hours with her practice. In the end, you'll feel more at ease and assured about the care, expertise, and investment you received.

It was fantastic! As a plus sized woman it was great to know that everyone was taking their time. Everyone I came across was great. And Dr. Park was so sweet, it was like talking to a friend. Best experience I’ve had in a doctors office. The decor makes you feel comfortable and the opposite of sterile. It’s warm and inviting. The doctor had great bedside manner and I felt listened to and cared for. 10/10 experience from the front desk experience to getting my blood drawn.

I had such a great experience with Dr Park at Heale Medical today. I arrived very early so I could take a work meeting in my car. They graciously provided me with the WiFi password. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with some pretty spiffy technology. The medical receptionist was SO NICE! I was escorted to an exam room within 5 minutes because I submitted my forms online. It’s important to note that I scheduled my afternoon appointment after 10pm last night and by 8am I had a link in my email to complete my forms and check-in for my appointment. Dr Park did not rush through my appointment, she listened thoughtfully to my concerns, asked great questions, and ordered the appropriate tests. I’m so grateful to have found Dr Park and I hope she will be my PCP for many years to come.

Friendly, quick, and modern. I really appreciated how patient Dr. Park was with my health concerns. She seemed to really listen and cover all of the bases. Most doctors I've been to seem like they're just checking off boxes and getting to their next appointment, but Dr. Park took the time to get to know me and my health history, and had several recommendations during our first appointment. I appreciate the access to modern health technology too, like being able to follow up with tele-medicine.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Park. She is a great listener, warm, and very caring/empathetic to her patients. She was able to shed light on a health issue I have been afflicted with for a few years now and get the ball rolling on all facets of my health journey (physical - medical/gyno, and mental). She is also incredibly knowledgeable and offers expert advice on my health concerns. Her office is also run so, so well. The staff is incredibly effective, prompt and communicative. I had zero wait time, zero issues with scheduling, referrals and lab orders immediately following my appointment, and a follow up booked as soon as my appointment concluded. I have seen several doctors over the last couple years who were okay, but that I didn't click with or feel empathized with my concerns as much as Dr.Park does. I'm glad I came to her and would highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for a new physician.

Dr. Park is a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a new PCP who I could collaborate with on holistic health goals. At my first appointment, I spent over 30 minutes with Dr. Park and we had a conversation. I was nervous about advocating for myself but her attentiveness made me feel so comfortable. Heale Medical has amazing technology as well to track comprehensive health metrics and progress (including mental health!). I also saw their nutritionist and her advice has helped me immensely. The office is beautiful and welcoming with refreshments and Georgine at the front desk is always so helpful. I now see Dr. Park exclusively and I feel empowered not hopeless about my health.

My appointment was excellent. Staff is super sweet and my Doctor was great! The paperwork was simple and easy to fill out and the MD greeted me, took me to her office, examined me and got my medical history right there in office. I definitely recommend

An amazing listener and intuitive resulting in a plan going forward, The doctor herself greeted me in the waiting room and took me back to her office; there was no cold middle man taking my vitals. I was impressed by the one on one time I had with her to talk about my medical history, concerns, goals, etc. Her practice is very similar to a concierge doctor without the fees. 5 stars all around.

Dr. Park with great, as was the front desk team, Georgine. Every was very friendly and Dr. Park went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Drs. appts aren't fun, but Dr. Park was comforting, patient, kind, and non-judgmental.
