Very professional, caring and concerned. Seen the same day as appointment requested, accommodating our vacation schedule. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. They explained everything before it was done and were proficient in the use of all equipment. The digital photos of eardrums and sinus cavities were impressive in the speed and comfort of being taken; just wish a printed copy could have been provided. Dr Saigal was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time teaching me and my husband about normal anatomy and the “disease process”. An after-visit summary would have been nice to share information with my primary care doctor and as a reference for me. We talked about “flying/precautions” but a printed instruction sheet would have been a nice addition as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Dr Saigal and the staff, and would highly recommend him to others.

After completing his residency, he pursued fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery at Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

I've had some consistent, severe allergy-like symptoms for a few months. This includes back to back infections and streph throat a couple times. The doctor kinda just humored me and attributed it to allergy season. I don't know if he was in a rush to leave because they were so behind schedule, but it seemed like I was annoying him. I'm just eager to stop living in pain and on antibiotic rounds.

The best part about setting up my appointment with Dr. Saigal i was immediately able setup and appointment with Zocdoc. The only issue was that he was 100 miles away and the doctors in my area said i needed to wait 4 weeks before they could see me. The other areas they need to update are the ability to schedule and send you messages via email your next appointment. Its 2018, email should be a automatic thing that happens now of days.

Been to many ENT specialists but never one as thorough and as nice as this Doctor. His staff is excellent and I really like how much time he spent with me. I look forward to seeing what he can do with my deviated septum. Highly recommend.

I'm really not a fan of Dr. Saigal. I saw him twice. It's like he knows it's important to have a nice bedside manner, so he kind of tries, but it's clear that he doesn't actually care about you at all. That's the impression I got. The second time I saw him he either mixed me up with another patient or he thought that he did something last visit that he didn't do. He was also hesitant about doing Balloon sinuplasty, even though I met all the medical requirements and it was 100 % covered by my insurance. It's like he didn't believe me that I've been suffering from sinus infections my entire life. Anyway, after two visits I switched to another ENT and am happy that I did.

My visit with Dr Saigal and his staff was excellent today! Everyone was very friendly, wait time was minimal. The location was good. Dr Saigal's bedside manner is fantastic. He takes his time explaining things in a way I can understand. I didn't feel rushed at all which almost never is the case with Dr appointments. He was very genuine and caring and makes you feel comfortable right off of the bat. I went ahead and booked my surgery date today.

I thought he was amazing! He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He definitely made me very comfortable and diagnosed me properly leaving me with nothing to worry about. It's sad that he's in Florida now but he's definitely recommendable!

This is my favorite doctor out of all my allergy and asthma doctors, that I see on a regular basis. Dr Saigal is a very nice professional physician however the staff at the front could not be worse-they take the sting out of death. First visit I was asked for insurance card then with a ton of attitude for second insurance card which I have never been asked to which the #$%#$% says well I hope this one goes through.....what?
Next time I was running a few minutes late and called them to let then know and after my visit while scheduling the next the people behind the counter said at least twice, you are sure you can make it ON TIME this time.
Advice to Dr-lose the front staff as they are without compare the worst.

I was very pleased with the doctor and the time he took to explain the details was really great. I have no complaints about the doctor, it was the receptionist staff that lost track of time and appointments, and made us wait for an hour. They also mentioned that the zocdoc appointment timing doesnt synch with their calendars, and said our appointment with them was late. So I hated the wait time.
