Dr. Heidelberg was attentive, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Her bedside manner was excellent, therefore the wait time was worth it. However there were a few people who were furious because of the wait, this is the one reason I would have to be cautious about who I would recommend.

I was a little concerned at first because of how long I had to wait but she was excellent and knowledgeable of my skin conditions. The staff was friendly and patient as well. I think I was the only impatient one. I will follow the treatment and will continue to go to her for years to come.

I was seen many years ago by her father and that is how I knew about the service. I will continue to visit this office. only one issue was the waiting room just too small and no seating for all that visit the office.

I enjoyed myself! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very nice but not very professional, as in, opening my exam room door to ask a nurse about another patient. Besides that I would definitely recommend Dr. Heidelberg, she was sweet and open to questions.

I thought she was awesome, I just didn't like the assembly line concept. First you wait to be seen, then you wait in the exam room. after seeing the doctor you wait another 45min. then you go to the checkout to get explanation of medication. Wow I filled out forms on line and still waited 1hr and 15 min. My app. was at 11a I arrived at 1030., did not leave until 1:35

The visit went well. I was initially evaluated by her assistant - Dr. Wilkes. My first response was "I didn't come to see him". However, he conducted a comprehensive assessment and was able to articulate my issues to Dr. Heidelberg to my satisfaction. The office staff was pleasant, customer friendly, and professional. I would recommend her to others seeking dermatological services.

My visit went well. When I went to Dr. Heidelberg's office I remembered I had brought my Mother there so I felt right at home. Between her and the other doctor that helps her definitely helped me with what I was dealing with. Also the staff was helpful and professional. Dr. Karen Heidelberg was very professional and friendly. She has a level of confidence that makes you feel that she knows what she's doing and can trust her assessment. The lobby room wait, while not particularly fun is understandable because the office is packed with people to see her and her dad (who is also a sought after dermatologist; they share the practice).

My visits are always pleasant. When I call to have Rx filled or called in, it's done in a timely manner. The office is clean. The wait is the only thing that is a problem.

Obviously the wait time in the examining room was way too long. However, this would not keep me from returning or referring friends and family. I must say that I am pleased with the results that I am seeing from the treatments that were prescribed.
