About Dr. Helen D'Sa
Dr. D'Sa received a Bachelors in Chemistry and Cellular/Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she graduated with the distinction of cum laude. She then went on to complete one year at the School of Public Health in Ann Arbor before attending Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was inducted into the Sigma Sigma Phi medical honor society. Dr. D'Sa completed her internship at Henry Ford Hospital and her dermatology residency at McLaren Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. She has co-authored articles in medical journals, served as a co-investigator in medical research, written monthly educational biogs for the Henry Ford Health System, and was a featured guest on JTV in Jackson, Michigan providing education to the Jackson community on a variety of dermatology topics. Dr. D'Sa specializes in adult and pediatric dermatology and dermatologic surgery. She has a special interest in skin of color, hair loss, and psoriasis.

Dr. did not try to connect with the patient. Seemed hurried, which made it hard to absorb directions. No written instructions. After a full body check, I had to ask what condition my skin was in. She did take care of the problem on the side of my face.

Could not be seen w it h that provider due to insurance. Office waited until I finished all paperwork before telling me I could reschedule with another provider on another day. Office had time to run prior authorization on insurance before appointment.

Zocodoc way too many texts reminding me of my appt. Once I confirm I do not need 50 texts and emails.........especially 5AM in the morning. This office also has a central call center for multiple office. Impossible to get directly to the office you need to contact. Very Very frustrating situation.
