According to my mother, my first word was "why." Why is the sky blue? Why can't I have a cookie for breakfast? Why are people hurting? This curiosity is integral to my work as a therapist. I strive to explore and understand my client's worldview and the problems they are facing to develop a collaborative plan for healing and well-being. Whether you are reliving past traumas, plagued by worrisome thoughts, concerned about your substance use, or feeling generally dissatisfied in life, I will provide an empathic ear, support, and guidance to help you meet these challenges and make the life changes you desire.
